Windows 10 bootcamp CIRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED

Hi.

I got macbook pri retina, and ive got bootcamp on it because i need windows for my .Net development..
Since 10 days ago I've been getting this blue screen with message CRITICAL PROCESS DIED..
Any one got any solution?
Osx is working without problems...
