In Windows via BootCamp on my 2018 MBPro, the touchpad response sucks. I have problems with click and drag even - not sure what that is about. I tried Touchpad ++ but that didn’t seem to help either - ,Aden it worse because using the bottom right corner as a right-click stopped working and wouldn’t “stick” when I changed it in the bootcamp control panel.
Using a mouse, it all works ok. I have the Windows mouse settings customized where the cursor tracking speed and scroll wheel distance is good. Because Windows shares these settings between mouse AND touchpad, my touchpad is even more unusable.
Are there any tips or tricks I’m missing to make my touchpad and mouse behave in a sane manner? I haven’t used Windows very often - much at all since Windows 7 actually. But, I want to run a few games now and am trying my best to make it work.
