CMD+R, type powercfg.cpl in the Run box. Press OK. Change plan to High Performance.

Right-click Start Menu, open elevated command prompt. Type in powercfg -h off and hit Enter.

Any better?

Yes its already set on high performance in power management. Is there anything else I need to do?

Updated to windows 10 anniversary and now the sleep to wake is a lot faster 1-2 sec. So I guess this issue is solved for me.
