Hi,
I am using a MBP 7.1 with an onboard GeForce 320m. The latest Apple driver is 332.28, the latest W10 ( Nvidia ) driver 341.74. I see artefacts using a newer driver than Apple's Nvidia 332.28, both on Windows 7 and Windows 10 64-Bit.
While it is true that the hardware is identical, the driver can be modified by Apple ( installation ini files ) for various reasons, e.g. temperature controls, power ( energy ) management and other thresholds for our MB's/MBP's.
Not wanting to rain on your parade, but if you want to play safe, consider this posting. Especially when you can see video problems or you experience increased MB/MBP temperatures using new drivers. We may want to wait for updated Apple bootcamp video drivers and not burn our GPU's. Until that, the BootCamp W8/8.1 drivers should be fine. The only downside is that those current Apple video drivers don't support Directx12.
Best, ME
