Do i just insert the windows 7 64bit DVD and install normally? I'm worried about the drivers phase. I have the MBP that got released early 2008.

any advice?

That is what I did (MBP-13). I went Win-7(64) because there were no Bootcamp drivers for XP-64. Bootcamp 2.1, which came with my MBP, appear to be for VISTA, but they worked just fine with Win7(64). The machine runs beautifully with Solidworks.

Under Win7, the audio from the speakers is really low (fine with headphones). Audio is OK when running on the MAC side.

Same as the other two posts really, I went for WIndows 7 64 bit and apart from the low speaker sound it runs very well :) a few crashes but that is running a game, (America's Army).
