Windows 7, 8 window "pop" effect

Does anyone know if there is a way to mimic the windows pop effect that you get in Windows 7 and 8 when you drag the window into the top left or right of the screen?

If you're talking about the little burst before it shows where the window will be placed, not that I know of, but if you just want the window snap animation and functionality you can use bettersnaptool or bettertouchtool.
