Windows 7 bootcamp blue screen HELP!~!~

Everytime I boot into windows 7 32bit, i get blue sceen saying
0x0000007b (0x80786b58, 0xc0000034)
it works fine under VMfusion 3, but not Parallels desktop 5
First I installed windows 7 using bootcamp,
and used VMfusion to setup windows since my monitor goes black when installation finishes and reboots.
then I installed all drivers using os x CD
well basicly windows 7 only boots in VMfusion,
booting natively gives me blue screen with the error said above
and can't seem to setup windows 7 bootcamp using parallels desktop 5
Any ideas, ways to fix it? Thanks in advance
I'm using iMac i5 base config
 
well, i reinstalled windows and get black screen or monitor shuts off. After I did the command promt, DEL C:\Windows.... and restarted it says unexpected error and need to restart installation....says same thing everytime i restart...any ideas?
 
Every time you boot from the disk? Or can you get to the installation? And what was the error on the blue screen?
 
No i reinstalled windows without using VMfusion to activate it, and followed your instructions on deleting the ati*.sys and now it won't go into black screen but shows up with a little windows window saying "an unexpected error, you must restart and reinstall windows" thats what it says
 
What if i install windows xp then upgrade to windows 7 will that work?
