windows 7 bootcamp internet

I just installed windows 7 ultimate with bootcamp on my new macbook pro 13 inch. It will not allow me to choose networks and connect to the internet. It says "Install a driver for your network adapter: Windows did not detect a properly installed network adapter. If you have a network adapter, you will need to reinstall the driver." What should I do here, do I need to download something a driver or something? If so, where do I go?
