So I installed Windows 7 Ultimate 32 bit on my Base 13" MBP using Parallels 7.

I'm just worried about the gaming and graphics scores because they are at 1.0. Where can I find the exact drivers needed to update and improve my windows 7 experience?

Your problem is parallels. It uses virtualizing to create a virtual machine that has virtual specs. It does not use your computer's full power, especially with graphics. Virtualization software is fine for things like office work, but completely useless for any kind of gaming.

If you want to game, you need to install windows through bootcamp and boot straight into windows, where you'll be able to utilize all of your computer's power.

missing parallels driver probably - mine scores 5.5 in vmware fusion which is supposed to be slower than parallels.

and bootcamp drivers are useless unles you are booting win7 directly.
