Windows 7 For mac -- Any starter's guide?

Hi,
i just bought a full windows 7 Home Premium, and i was thinking on installing it on my MacBook Pro 13" 2.66ghz. I have 2 Questions:

1) Can windows 7 be installed on VMware and still be installed with boot camp?

2) If can, How?

Install it as Boot Camp first, and then load up VMWare and set up a VM using the Boot Camp partition.
