Windows 7 Full or Upgrade HELP!

Alright I'm running Vista home pre at the moment now my question is what version of Windows 7 do I need? I've google'd around and have found mostly mixed results.

You want the Win 7 Home Premium Upgrade. The professional edition adds some features, but if you have been using the home version of Vista you probably don't need them.
