Windows 7 Install via USB (MBP13)

I was under the impression that only the MBA models could create a bootable USB drive through Boot Camp assistant... other models required the use of rEFIt.

Just started the assistant on my new 13" MBP and the USB option isn't greyed out any more. Has this been the case a while or is this a new feature?
