Hi everyone:

I am assisting a family member with a 2014 Macbook Pro 15" in installing windows 7 via bootcamp. Now it's been a few weeks since I last worked on the original issue so I do not remember the common error that had come up. I was able to successfully troubleshoot the problem, but in fixing this I ran into another problem with the keyboard and trackpad not working.

Where I currently sit with the computer was I downloaded some other version of bootcamp, via Apple's website, and installed W7. Everything was in working order when I turned off her computer and changed the boot disk back to Mac OS X. Upon the restart of window I was unable to do anything with the trackpad and keyboard, other than shutting down the computer. I have tried safe mode and using a usb mouse/keyboard. Does anyone know of a fix for this issue?

Thanks in advance!
