Windows 7 Limited Access to network

My friends MBP running Win 7 is connected to his wireless network but says "Limited Access". But when opening am browser like Chrome it says I have to internet connection. Now I'm not Windows savvy so if anyone can help me with this problem I will be much oblige.

Recheck network settings OR there might be some issue in LAN card.

Limited access means one of two things. Either you are not resolving a local IP address, or you are resolving a local IP address but not a connection to the internet.
Do any other devices work on his wireless network?
