Here is what I have
  • An unibody MacBook (late 2008) with Snow Leopard
  • Legal version of Windows XP
  • Legal version of Windows 7 (upgrade)
  • Parallels 5

I would like to install Windows 7 on my MacBook and I'm planning to execute the following steps
  1. Clean install of Windows 7 using Boot Camp (using one of the methods described here.
  2. Install Parallels
  3. Make Parallels to use Windows 7 installed on Boot Camp partition
  4. Be happy

Has anyone tried this before? If so, are there any tips/suggestions/warnings etc you would like to share? Is there a step-by-step guide somewhere that I can use?

Thanks
