Windows 7 on Bootcamp and mic

On my Mac Mini 2010 I have windows 7 on bootcamp with latest drivers (downloaded thru bootcamp assistant) and mic doesn't work when I connect iphone headset.

How to fix this? Please help!

Same Problem

I have the same issue. Windows 7 bootcamp'ed onto my 2010 Macbook Air. In-line mic doesn't work. I've tried the Apple ear buds, and a Bose headset w/ apple mic input. No luck... Using the drivers that are part of the bootcamp install process.

Anyone have a solution or drivers that work?

I couldn't get anything to work, so I went to bestbuy and purchased one of these. Works like a charm. And has better sound that the built-in sound card.
