Windows 7 on late 2006 iMac?

does anyone have windows 7 32bit running on late 2006 iMac 6.1 with Lion 10.7.5 and bootcamp 4.0.4?...Im having problem installing it, blue screen of death kicks in when it tries to complete installation...can someone pls help and thanks
