Hi,

I'm looking to install Windows 7 on my MacBook pro with Leopard 10.5.8. I read that this is possible but unsupported with the default bootcamp drivers I have.
Is there anyway to get Bootcamp 3.0 for my laptop with leopard or is it available only with Snow Leopard? Anywhere I've found the drivers are from torrents etc and I'm assuming if it was possible I could find a less untoward method of finding them.

Am I wrong?

The drivers are $29 from Apple, and come with Snow Leopard. You don't need to install Snow Leopard.

I like how you phrased that! :D

That's pretty much what I did. I bought the Snow Leopard disc mainly for BC 3.0 drivers. I'll install Snow Leopard at some point, but it's not necessary yet.
