Windows 7 on MBP only with DVD bootable

I changed my internal DVD drive with optibay to a ssd. After using the DVD drive as an external one I installed windows 7 on the ssd but it is not bootable directly only when I first select the Windows CD I am able to boot the Win7 system.
When I want to boot directly I get a blackscreen with a flashing underscore...

Any solution for that?
