Windows 7 on VM Ware has access to internet, but not LAN???

I just installed Windows 7 on bootcamp partition, and then installed VM Fushion to point to that partition. So i can either boot into bootcamp or just run windows through vm. Everything is fine.

However, I find that, when i use vm to run Windows, it has access to internet but has no access to any local network devices.... Help!

That's an easy one. Your VM is probably set for NAT networking. You need to change it to Bridged.
