Click to expand... Definitely 10. Windows 7 is legacy at this point. The GM was created on 22 July 2009. Why build a new workflow on a deprecated 8 year old system? But with VMware (why the shouted misspelling?) you can do both - just a few dozen GB of disk space lost.

There is very little incentive to run Windows 7 unless there is a specific program that directly requires its usage (e.g. XP Mode).
