Windows 7 PC and 27" iMac KVM Switch

Hey guys,

While planning my 27" iMac purchase this winter, I am in need of a KVM switch. I ONLY need this for keyboard and mouse, I can deal with two displays. Will any KVM switch these days take the wired apple keyboard and a wired windows mouse and allow it to run on both machines?

So just to be clear, I want to use the wired apple keyboard (with numpad) and a wired Microsoft mouse for both. Will they run fine on both systems?

I have this KVM and I use it with an Apple wired keyboard and Microsoft USB mouse. The only issue I have is that occasionally I will need to unplug and plug the keyboard back in for it to work. It will occasionally stop working, even while in the middle of typing something, and I've never had that happen when using my Logitech USB keyboard with this switch.
