Hello folks!

I've got a problem here with my MacBook Pro with 10.6.6.

A Windows PC with Windows 7 is not visible in the Finder's sidebar.

What can I do?

I am NOT using the so-called "Home Groups" in Windows 7.

PS: It's Windows 7 Home Premium, 64 Bit.

Thank you!

Windows is and has always been trickier to set up on the network. My advice to you is to skip it, and use a USB flash drive instead. If you don't want to do that, then make sure the folders you want to share are enabled for sharing on the windows side, and that sharing in general is enabled in the first place.

To be honest, I never figured out what a home group was. I've shared files between macs and PCs (and vise versa) before, but that is something i never had to deal with, so i imagine it will be the same for you.
