I have a home network set up with my Windows 7 PC connected by cable to the router. I have connected my Panasonic network TV to the router also by cable.

I can use Windows 7 'Play to' feature to play videos and music on the TV through the network and it works great.

I also have an iPhone with my music collection on it. This connects to the router wirelessly. I was wondering if it's possible to play songs/videos/photos from the iPhone on to the TV over the network in a similar way?

I think the closest thing will be AirPlay. You need an Apple TV 2 or 3, a Mac and/or any iDevice. Then you just need to turn on Home Sharing and you can stream any content from your iDevice or Mac to your TV via your LAN and the Apple TV.

AirPlay. I use it often with Apple TV.

I also use home share which means I have my entire library handy without needing to have it on my phone or iPad.
