I have recently had a problem with Windows 7 if I leave my mbp logged into it overnight, I wake up and the computer is off. I close lid night before and it goes to sleep and in the morning the computer is off, when I start it back up it tells me it shut down incorrectly and lets me choose between safe mode, normal, etc... What is causing this?

Check and see if there are any updates, especially for bootcamp. Otherwise try going into your power settings and change the sleep time and all of that by a little. See if that could do anything different. It almost sounds like your computer wakes up in the middle of the night and gets the BSOD and causes your mac to shutdown.

PS. This is what happens when you play with windows
