I've finally managed to install Win7 on my MBA and it is working great. One minor thing which im not sure I would call it a problem... The windows loading bar and animation on startup is not there. Just a black screen. It boots into windows fine, but for a bit there is nothing on the screen.

I have already played around with the non GUI boot options under msconfig.

Any other reasons? No major, but wanted to see if there was an easy fix or if others had experienced the same issue.

What size screen do you have? If you have an 11", it may be too small to show the animated screen, and you may only get the Vista-type "green worm".

On the 13", it should show it by default. If not, it is probably due to the language not set properly in the BCD file.

I have the 13 inch. Don't even get the vista worm. Just blackness...
