Windows 7 trackpad problems

When I boot into Windows 7 on mac i7 mbp, the cursor becomes very unresponsive. When I touch the trackpad, sometimes it takes a second for the cursor to start moving and it will often drag windows around and close programs. The cursor works great in OS X. Any ideas? Thanks
