Windows 7 Virtual Machine (Parallels): If power goes down: quick way to shut down?

Say I'm running a Windows 7 virtual machine (through Parallels), and the power goes down.
While my UPS is keeping my iMac on for a few minutes, is there a way to do a quick shut-down in Windows 7? (without installing any sort of windows update/system updates?) as to have enough time to also power down OS X.

Would this apply through Bootcamp too?
