Windows 7 welcome screen centered (not properly scaled)

Hey guys, I just bought a new 15" Macbook Pro with Retina Display. I installed windows 7 ultimate and it looks perfect for me at first. However, now when I start windows 7, the welcome screen is centered and left with black screen around. Any solutions to that? I really appreciate it.

if it was torrented even if it wasn't it could simply be a custom background. Just download an app to change the background
