So I'm thinking about buying windows 7. I currently have windows XP on my MBP, but have tried the Windows 7 RC and can say I have no complaints (as far as windows goes) So I'm thinking about upgrading, I've lost my XP disk, though I still have my serial. Is it worth upgrading for running on bootcamp?
Assuming that's the case (I'm leaning towards upgrading for the sake of being "up to date"), does anyone have any suggestions for the cheapest place to get a copy? is the Student deal the best option? What if I plan on installing it on 2 of my comps (UMBP and 27 iMac), what's the best option for me, a family license, or 2 student copies? I'd love input from people already running windows 7 under boot camp, especially on their 27 imacs
