Hi, I just installed Windows 7, on my macbook pro retina? However the resolutions below the native resolutons look terrible... any way tog et the retina effect back?
 
umm i dont get it.. so i can only get the retina resolution on the antive resolution?

Windows doesn't support high-dpi screens in the same way as OS X, but you can make the native resolution more usable while retaining a crisp image by using a high dpi setting:
Control Panel > Appearance and Personalization > Larger - 150%
