Windows 7Ultimate and Fusion3 on imac

Hello
I have installed Fusion 3 on my imac and have now come to install windows 7 - I think it installed ok but when I try to boot up windows via fusion I get a message saying 'Operating system not found' and 'no bootable disc detected'

I think I may have to start again - does anyone know how to UNINSTALL programs on mac ( I have only had it a few days!)
