Windows 8.1 in 2012 iMac via Bootcamp

I would like to submit this question to the community. My question is if anyone has been able to perform the Windows 8.1 in place-upgrade from the Windows Store from Windows 8 in their Macs?

Are there any current driver issues and considerations with Bootcamp 5.0?

Although you posted in the wrong section (it should be posted in the Boot Camp area), I'll try to offer some insight.

I had to perform a clean install to upgrade from 8 to 8.1 in my iMac because the 8.1 update didn't show up in the Store. However, the standard Boot Camp drivers worked right out of the box.

So I think the drivers won't be an issue if you do an in situ upgrade from 8 to 8.1 via the Store.
