I just installed windows 8.1 pro on my Mid 2012 MBP (non retina) and am trying to install the audio drivers (tried through bootstrap several times, tried manually by finding cirrus drivers on the internet etc). But it still seems to not work.

Here are some screenshots:

Has anyone else been having this problem. Anyway to solve this? Should I just reinstall windows 8.1 with maybe enterprise or the regular windows 8.1. I have an MSDN subscription so I can get any version available. What do you guys think?

Edit: I'm using the latest bootstrap I believe is 5.0.33 I downloaded it through mac os x mavericks boot camp assistant

it's Apples technical deficiency, not yet have released bootcamp drivers for Windows 8/8.1. Apple has Billions of $, but it seems, they don't want to update their bootcamp drivers, or years later. Driver support is very poor for bootcamp!

my workaround was, to connect an external soundcard via Usb, much better sound than onboard, thanks Apple ;-)! But look for soundcards, that don't need any drivers!
