[Windows 8.1] Quick question about Windows\System32 folder

For those of you who are running Windows 8 (or 8.1), are a bunch of random files in C:\Windows\System32\Drivers blue?

(Blue means compressed)

I've never seen any previous versions of Windows compress the drivers folder, so I'm just curious.

I must have been really tired when I wrote the post, what I actually meant was Windows\System32\Drivers
