Windows 8 Installation with VMware4 Issue

So I'm having trouble here installing Windows 8 on any machine I have and it comes down to the same error message which is below. It seems to need some driver which I cannot find to save my life. Any ideas where to go next?

Did you download the 32-bit or 64-bit version of Windows 8?

Make sure you are selecting the correct VMware Profile during the install, for example if you have Windows 8 x64, select Windows 7 x64 from VMware.

I installed the 64-bit version on VMWF 4 with no issues.
