Hi everybody

I have installed Windows 8 64-bit Professional on my 2012 Macbook Pro 15, and everything works great, except for one thing.

This "graphic" that shows on osx (and back when I ran windows 7), whenever you adjust brightness, volume, etc. on the F-keys, does not show up. I have tried to google the issue, but I cant seem to find anybody with a similiar problem.

Does anybody know how to fix this?

Thank you, in advance!

How is win 8 installed - boot camp, parallels, other?

I'm using win 8 with parallels 8 and I see the function key visuals from within windows programs and on the win 8 start screen.

If you're using boot camp your problem may be that OSX doesn't support win 8 fully yet.

Windows 8 is installed with Boot camp, using the windows 7 drivers.. :)

There's an update to ML in the app store now that provides official apple support for win8 in bootcamp. Maybe it'll solve your problem.
