I'm trying to boot my iMac using Bootcamp with Windows 8 but I need to purchase a Windows 8 CD. From looking through the purchase of windows 8, it says windows 8 upgrade and recommend having previous windows such as windows 7 or XP. But would the boot camp still work with Windows 8 Upgrade?

Also what if I choose the option to have it downloaded rather than a physical disk. How would I be able to boot camp windows 8 with a downloadable windows 8 through the boot camp process of getting windows 8 installed.

I did the digital download which saved an ISO and also upgraded my 7 to 8 on a Mac Pro :)

Was very easy and I chose a clean upgrade so it put all my stuff in the windows.old folder and I just took from there what I wanted to keep :D :apple:
