Windows 95 install with Fusion

I want to install Windows 95 into WMWare Fusion, but I don't have an install disk. I do have an iso of a boot disk, but all that gives me is a CLI. Is there a way to install Windows 95 with a boot disk image, or is there another avenue I should try?
