i know this isnt a mac but it is a desktop, thought you guys could help....
I have had problems with windows defender. It wont let me access "change startup programs' on the control panel. We turned it off, we want it gone and to be able to access "change startup programs'. Can anybody help? thanks you

Windows 97? Never heard of it. There was 95 and 98.
