Windows Aero Effects + VirtualBox trouble

Hello everyone
My first post here, so I hope my problem is clear!

I am virtualising Windows 7 in VirtualBox (allotted 3 GB RAM, 10 GB HD space) on my MBP 13" 2011 (8 GB RAM). I would like to have Windows Aero Effects working, but Windows reports that that the MBP cannot run the effects. I'm fairly sure that I've seen other people virtualising Windows with the effects.

Please can anyone help?

Thanks for the advice. Even with the hack it hasn't worked, which is a shame! It looks like parallels or vmware are a viable option for getting Aero working!

I have got the guest additions, good thinking though!

It looks like it doesn't work in virtualbox for the meanwhile...
