I am going to use Bootcamp to dual boot Windows 7 and Mac OSX. Will the Mac keyboard work on the Windows boot? Will a Windows keyboard work on the Mac boot? I want the Razer Blackwidow Ultimate 2013 which comes in both Windows and Mac based setup. Which Should I get?

Will the Mac keyboard work on the Windows applications? Ex. Control+V = paste will Command+V still paste on Windows?
Yes.
No. Ctrl+V will paste on Windows. You might run into the Cmd and Option keys being switched around, however, in terms of position, so Cmd maps to Windows and Option is Alt. This makes sense based on the labels but will be confusing if you work by feel alone. I'm sure there are Windows utilities to switch them, but I don't think there's a built-in setting like OS X.
But Ctrl should be fine.
