Windows and my iBook

I am trying to find a good windows emulator that is either free or cheap to run one app : BioEdit, since it is not available on Mac
the emulator should be straight forward to install and use,
I really don't like VPC + shelling out $250 to run a free app seems kinda stupid.
Any suggestions?

As far as I know, Virtual PC is the only Windows emulator available for OS X. My suggestion would be to find an alternative for your Windows app.
