Windows backup software

Is there backup software for windows that backs up data and keeps it like Time Machine does. I want to be able to view older backups like you can in time machine but i cant seem to find one that specifcally says it does it.

http://www.genie-soft.com/default.aspx just found this and it says its time machine for windows but i've not heard of it before
