I keep experiencing this issue when loading Windows, I recently installed new drivers and it was a few days after that, that this started happening. Sometimes it's fine though.

Seems to not be recognising my display.

Looks like a GPU problem to me. I'd take it in.
 
If its only occurring in windows, it may not be hardware, it may be the video drivers.
 
could be drivers. Try the nvidia drivers directly on their site and set the resolution to native.
