Windows cannot see HFS+ formatted hard drive?

I have MacDrive installed on my Windows XP. I have MacDrive installed on my Windows, and yet, my external hard drive that is HFS+ does not appear in My Computer. The drive appears in Disk Management (but it says it is uninitialized and unallocated), and when I partiton the drive as NTFS, the drive appears. Also, when I created a HFS+ CD, it appears just fine in My Computer on Windows!

How do I fix this? :(
