Windows can't access partitions on GUID partitioned External HDD

I have an external HDD, with 2 HFS+ partitions and a FAT32 partition. I had made it into a GUID partition scheme to install Tiger on it (which I later deleted anyways), but this renders it unreadable on windows computers. I know that bootcamp uses some method to allow a windows xp install disc to recognize separate partitions. When plugging in the external HDD, nothing happens, although it does say that a USB mass storage device is connected. Device Manager shows no partitions.
