windows cant see DVI-VGA

I have a macbookpro, with windows XP prof. installed. It works perfectly fine with my applications which wont run on mac. But I cant project on big screen with a beamer. The beamer cant find my laptop :(
I tried updating Boot Camp for XP, I tried updating SP3 for XP, but it wont work. HELP DESPERATE. I need it almost daily... But cant use it
