Windows CD image, imaged on a Mac, wont work on PC?!

Does this make sense?

I made a backup of my Winblows drivers a while ago and burned it to a CD. I imaged the disk with Disk Utility and the new one won't work on my Windows laptop.

Any ideas?

When you make a disk image, choose the make it a DVD/CD master. This is just an iso with a different extension.
