Windows compatible equivalent for TextExpander 4 features

I would to like ask if there is a Windows compatible version of the Text Expander 4 in a Mac that supports Optional tags, Popup menu tags and Multiline fields of Text Expander 4. So far I have looked at both Breevy and PhraseExpress and none of them support them.

Hi, you could check Fastkeys. It has many options and is very simple to use. I use it all the time.
